The adidas Samba OG notitle Cow Print is another collaboration between the German sneaker company and the dynamic and creative Chinese brand strategy and development house. The result is singular and unabashedly eye-catching.
The upper of this low-riding notitle Cow Print adidas Samba-OG collab takes the classic Samba silhouette and begins with an upper base of loosely woven cream-colored knit textile with brown deco stitching. Overlays of faux cow fur in cream and brown splotches adorn the toe cap and heel. Brown suede forms the eyestay overlay, heel tab, and side-panel 3-stripes. Flat brown laces cross over a cream-colored leather tongue. This head-turning upper rests on a dark brown gum rubber sole unit that features cup-sole construction and traction patterning on the outsole.
Our favorite detail of this sneaker is the message embroidered in cream-colored script on the heel tab, which reads, “Saying no is an act of love.” The adidas Samba OG notitle Cow Print was released on October 27, 2023, for $160 retail.
