❓What makes your prices so good?
💬Our footwear ships directly from the brand's production warehouses in China or Vietnam. Because we handle individual orders, we avoid significant import taxes. This allows us to confidently offer the highest quality authentic products at the best prices on the market.
❓What if i want to return the order?
💬Returning an item is super easy because your shopping experience is our #1 priority.
Simply submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll then verify your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we'll promptly send you a free return shipping label.
Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, calculated based on the item's selling price. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method instantly or within a maximum of 10 days from the day we receive the returned item.

1. Processing Time
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Order cut-off time for same-day processing is 2PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Return & Refund
To be eligible for a return, please note the following:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be your order confirmation email or order number.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
- This refers to items that have a flaw, fault, or malfunction due to the manufacturer or our side.
- The design, type, size, and color are different from what was ordered.
- This refers to items that are perfectly fine in terms of functionality and quality. There’s nothing wrong with the product itself. The reason for return is based on the customer’s change of mind, preference, or situation, not a fault with the product.
A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied for the return. Once we received your return, we will issue a partial refund to you after deducting the above fees.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, the refund is instant. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your card issuer.
