✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You may return your sneakers within 14 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is unusedundamaged, and in resellable condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and shoebox are included

  • Sneakers show no signs of wear (indoor try-ons acceptable)

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)

📌 Returns not meeting these criteria may be rejected.


📦 2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

After approval, we will provide:

  • return shipping label (downloadable)

  • The correct return address

  • Instructions for packaging and drop-off

📌 We provide the return label for all approved returns, but for non-defective cases, the label cost + 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time:

    • 1–2 business days (PayPal)

    • 3–10 business days (credit/debit card, varies by bank)

  • Refund is processed after returned item is received and inspected

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item:

  1. Complete a return using the process above

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

  • Worn or visibly used sneakers

  • Missing packaging or damaged boxes

  • Returns requested after 14 days (unless defective)

  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval


📭 7. Lost, Damaged, or Returned Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days

  • If your package is returned due to wrong address or missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (extra shipping fee may apply)
