Crown Kicks Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of crownkicks.us and purchases from Crown Kicks LLC (“Crown Kicks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or have permission from a parent or legal guardian—to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

2. Products and Condition

Crown Kicks sells new, pre-owned, vintage, and collectible footwear, apparel, and related merchandise.

Product condition, defects, replacement boxes, missing accessories, wear, yellowing, restoration, and other material details will be disclosed in the applicable listing when known. Because some products are pre-owned or vintage, normal wear and age-related changes may be present.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and device displays.

3. Authenticity

Crown Kicks does not knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise. Products may be inspected internally or authenticated through an independent marketplace or authentication provider.

Unless expressly stated, Crown Kicks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Yeezy, StockX, eBay, Whatnot, or any other third-party brand or marketplace.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping, insurance, and other charges will be shown during checkout.

We may correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

Because products may be offered through multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally sell elsewhere before our inventory system updates. If this occurs, the customer will receive a prompt refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. Crown Kicks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the stated time—or within 30 days when no shipping time is stated—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Crown Kicks Refund Policy posted on our website.

Products marked “final sale” may not be returned except when required by law. Returned products must satisfy the eligibility, condition, documentation, and timing requirements stated in the Refund Policy.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

8. Trades, Buyouts and Consignment

In-store trades, product purchases, buyouts, and consignment transactions may be governed by separate written terms.

Anyone selling or trading merchandise to Crown Kicks represents that they legally own the merchandise and have the authority to transfer it. Crown Kicks may request identification, proof of ownership, receipts, or authentication evidence and may refuse any transaction.

9. Website Use

You may not:

Use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.
Attempt to interfere with website security or operation.
Copy Crown Kicks branding, photographs, content, or designs without permission.
Submit false information or impersonate another person.
Use automated systems to scrape, purchase, or disrupt products or services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Crown Kicks name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Crown Kicks and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products offered for resale.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, marketplaces, and authentication services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

Crown Kicks is not responsible for the independent operation or availability of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer

Products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crown Kicks disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Kicks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, a product, or a transaction.

Crown Kicks’ total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, the customer and Crown Kicks agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter completed transactions except where required by law.
